Plazotta Vertriebs GmbH is looking for a Junior E-Commerce Manager to join our team in Munich. You'll support new online shop launches and optimize our marketplaces and online shops, helping us make homes more beautiful with high-quality, sustainable household and kitchen products from around the world.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to the opening of new online shops.
- Support the continuous development of our presences on marketplaces like Amazon and eBay as well as our online shops.
- Handle complaint management regarding delivery, returns, exchanges, and spare parts delivery.
- Conduct sales promotion measures in the areas of SEO, online marketing, and newsletter marketing to increase visibility and sales volume.
- Continuously optimize our offers based on key figure analyses (e.g., revenue, traffic, conversion rate, keyword rankings, reviews).
What We're Looking For
- Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
- Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Pronounced analytical skills, excellent understanding of numbers and data, and a structured approach.
Nice to Have
- Good Chinese language skills are advantageous.
- Ideally first experiences in the area of e-commerce or online marketing.
- Experience with a merchandise management system is advantageous.
