Responsibilities
- Partner closely with customers to understand their business objectives, uncover technical and operational challenges, and translate those needs into well-designed, scalable solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor—facilitating discovery conversations, proposing system configurations, demonstrating product capabilities, and ensuring seamless deployment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Project Management teams to ensure each implementation is executed with precision and aligned to customer expectations.
- Configure and deploy solutions, test functionality, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear communication throughout the process to keep stakeholders informed and confident.
- Support complex implementations, Solutions Engineers may independently lead smaller-scale projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets remain on track.
- Coordinate tasks, manage customer expectations, document project outcomes, and deliver high-quality results that drive long-term customer satisfaction and product adoption.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and take initiative during the project life cycle.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex and dynamic customer environments.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and take responsibility for timely completion of tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree required, software engineering or technology degree preferred.
- 1 year of relevant work experience.
