The Junior Depositary Officer plays a key role in maintaining the accuracy and compliance of fund structures under the AIFMD framework. Based in Valencia, you'll collaborate closely with a central depositary team in Luxembourg, contributing to the onboarding and ongoing monitoring of alternative investment funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Protect the confidentiality of client information and uphold the legal and operational integrity of fund arrangements.
- Monitor transactions, identify risks, and report potential conflicts of interest to the Depositary Manager.
- Review constitutional documents and investor commitments to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
- Support the preparation and analysis of fund documentation prior to onboarding to enable effective monitoring strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and perform oversight tasks in line with AIFMD requirements, coordinating with internal specialists as needed.
- Contribute to special projects and process improvements within the depositary function.
