Learnlight is hiring a Junior Business Development Representative, Italian Speaker (Remote)

Learnlight seeks a Junior Business Development Representative fluent in Italian to fuel commercial growth in the local market. You will lay the groundwork for client engagement through proactive outreach and lead generation, supporting our broader Sales and BDR teams from a remote setting.

What You'll Do

  • Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and follow up on inbound inquiries to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery calls with prospects to identify needs, align solutions, and schedule qualified meetings for the Sales team.
  • Engage and nurture prospects with tailored messaging and content to build long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to define target accounts, ideal customer profiles, and prospecting strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead activity and opportunity status in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Develop commercial skills and gradually own a small pipeline, progressing toward a full-cycle Business Development role.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales outreach or call center role.
  • Native-level Italian and advanced English proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional phone manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence using CRM tools and MS Office 365 to manage outreach.
  • A collaborative spirit, comfortable working closely with Sales and Account Management teams.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for the EdTech or corporate training sector.
  • A desire to grow within a consultative sales career.

Nice to Have

  • Previous EdTech experience is a strong plus.

You will report directly to the Head of Sales, Italy and DACH.
