About the Role
This position supports the People Operations team by maintaining employee records, generating reports, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes. The analyst ensures data accuracy and compliance across HR systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date employee records in HRIS
- Generate regular reports on workforce metrics
- Assist with onboarding new hires
- Support offboarding procedures
- Track employee lifecycle events
- Ensure compliance with data privacy standards
- Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams
- Audit HR data for accuracy
- Prepare documentation for audits
- Respond to internal HR data requests
- Update organizational charts
- Monitor key HR deadlines
- Support performance review cycles
- Administer employee surveys
- Track training completion
- Verify employment details
- Manage employee status changes
- Assist with People Ops projects
- Ensure policy documentation is current
- Support diversity and inclusion reporting
- Organize employee files
- Standardize data entry practices

- Follow HR data security protocols
