Keep is looking for a Jr People Ops Analyst to own the operational backbone that keeps our company running smoothly. You will be the go-to person for internal support, ensuring employees have the tools and processes they need to do their best work.
What You'll Do
- Be the go-to person for IT and access support for tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and VPN
- Coordinate onboarding logistics, including equipment shipping and account setup
- Support People Ops processes like payroll coordination and employee documentation
- Manage cultural channels and activities, including birthdays, kudos, and internal events
- Help plan in-person team events
- Keep internal systems organized and up to date, including the employee tracker and policies
- Partner with cross-functional teams (People, Finance, Engineering) to unblock employees
- Proactively flag and solve internal process issues
- Handle access requests, troubleshoot internal tooling issues, and manage basic tech support
- Coordinate smooth employee transitions, from tool setup to equipment returns
- Own recurring admin tasks like managing home office gadgets and Slack automations
- Plan team events, manage cultural rituals, and contribute to team morale
- Identify gaps in our systems and propose low-lift solutions to improve efficiency

- Tech-savvy — you know your way around Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, and basic IT systems, and you're willing to learn new tools and their management
