Motorola Solutions (Silvus Technologies) is looking for a Jr. Account Manager - West to drive new business opportunities and sales with local government public safety accounts. You will sell public safety hardware and software solutions directly to customers within your designated accounts.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and develop new opportunities to meet or exceed quotas and other sales objectives by regularly meeting with customers in person and remotely.
- Actively collaborate and strategize with key Account Executives to increase and capture sales within the West Region.
- Develop and maintain favorable relationships with new and existing customers.
- Support trade shows and event planning, manage contracts, and provide sales team assistance and support for identified key accounts.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years of sales, customer service, and/or public safety experience.
Nice to Have
- BA/BS in business or marketing.
Team & Environment
Works with regional Motorola Solutions customers and collaborates with key Account Executives.

- Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 USD
