From Day One, Inc. is hiring a Jr. Account Exec. based in Toronto to join our mission of improving the relationship between business and society. In this role, you will focus on closing deals, meeting client goals, and maximizing ROI while receiving direct mentorship from senior sales leadership.
What You'll Do
- Work with clients to close deals, meet their goals, and help them maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the Client Success team to nurture relationships with sponsoring companies and help grow our installed base.
- Work to meet or exceed your sales quota.
What We're Looking For
- A 4-year college/university degree.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in sales or sales adjacent positions such as SDR, BDR, or demand generation.
- Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce, outreach tools such as Salesloft, business software such as Excel, and the core elements of B2B outreach and research.
Nice to Have
- Start-up experience is a major asset.
