ABC Fitness Solutions was looking for a Join our Talent Network: Account Executive (Outbound) Opportunities at ABC Fitness (Remote based, Ireland or UK)

Join our expanding team as an Account Executive focused on outbound sales within the EMEA fitness industry. In this remote role based in Ireland or the UK, you'll play a key part in growing our market presence by identifying new business opportunities and building lasting client partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and prospecting to generate new business.
  • Deliver customized product demos and presentations that address specific client needs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals and expand market share.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage a consistent pipeline using Salesforce and SalesLoft.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to shape sales materials and improve offerings based on client feedback.
  • Represent the company at industry events to build visibility and uncover new leads.
  • Stay current on product updates and technology to effectively communicate value to clients.
  • Work closely with support teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Complete quarterly planning and expense reporting on schedule.

What We're Looking For

  • At least five years of experience in client-facing roles within the fitness or health club industry (a degree may offset experience).
  • Strong grasp of B2B sales cycles, from lead generation to closing, especially in EMEA markets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with trends and key players in the EMEA fitness sector is a plus.
