We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team at ABC Fitness Solutions, a purpose-led company shaping the future of the EMEA health club industry. In this remote-based role, you'll play a key part in driving business growth by building strong client relationships and delivering solutions that help fitness businesses thrive.
What You'll Do
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the EMEA market through prospecting, calls, emails, social media, and more.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, helping them maximise their partnership with ABC Fitness.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations that align with client needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Provide client feedback to inform product enhancements and innovations, ensuring ABC Fitness offerings stay competitive in the EMEA market.
- Work with customer support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage and maintain a detailed sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote ABC Fitness and uncover new business opportunities.
- Stay updated on ABC’s suite of technology products and services to maintain expertise.
- Complete Quarterly Business Plans and submit Expense Reports in a timely manner.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience managing mid-level client accounts or related experience in the health club or fitness industry (fewer years required with a degree).
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals, particularly in the EMEA market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with sales tools such as Salesforce and SalesLoft.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Familiarity with the EMEA health and fitness industry, including market trends and key players, is a plus.
