Golden Proportions Marketing is hiring a Recruitment Sales Consultant for JobRack. You will turn leads into clients through a consultative, non-pushy approach. Your focus is on building relationships and helping clients achieve their hiring goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead Hiring Clarity Calls with prospects and existing clients in a helpful, consultative style
- Follow up consistently with prospects and clients on open questions and next steps
- Own outbound outreach to identify and connect with potential clients for new leads and calls
- Nurture relationships over time to keep clients engaged and supported
- Spot opportunities for additional hires and services that support long-term client success
- Improve and maintain sales materials, including slide decks, emails, and follow-up documents
- Test new ideas to improve conversion, such as rapid callbacks and lead magnet follow-ups
- Write clear, personal email copy for outreach and follow-up
- Use HubSpot to manage and track activity for leads, follow-ups, deals, and performance data
- Support the admin process when needed, creating contracts and invoices
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth client handovers
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience in recruitment sales and know how to close the right deals
- Speak and write excellent English and build rapport quickly
- Confident in your ability to hit goals and track your own performance
- Write personal, clear follow-up emails that get real responses
- Organised, comfortable using a CRM, and keep your pipeline clean and active
- Take ownership of your growth, review your own calls, and keep improving
- Care about bringing in clients we can genuinely help — no overselling, no shortcuts
- Happy to work with strong US time zone overlap, including some later days (e.g., finishing around 9pm CET 2-3 days per week)
Nice to Have
- Experience using HubSpot
- Familiarity with AI tools and automations
- Remote recruitment experience
- Understanding of agency, ecommerce, or online business environments

- Compensation: $2,500–$4,000/month (gross, independent contractor basis)
- 20 days paid holiday (rising to 25 after one year)
