At Philips, we believe we are better together than apart. We are looking for a Remote Program Leader International Region to lead strategic program initiatives that align with our long-term vision, driving transformative improvements in service delivery.
What You'll Do
- Strategize and execute the Remote Program and high-level service operations initiatives, aligning departmental goals with the organization's long-term vision.
- Champion and lead large-scale process improvement projects, leveraging industry best practices and advanced AI methodologies to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance.
- Coordinate with executive stakeholders to define and implement service operations policies and procedures.
- Delegate high-impact projects and critical tasks to senior team members, providing oversight and support.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of advanced operational frameworks and processes, ensuring they are scalable.
- Evaluate and recalibrate service operations strategies and initiatives based on comprehensive performance analysis.
- Oversee the governance of large-scale programs, ensuring projects meet organizational standards and quality expectations.
- Champion organizational change initiatives, driving the adoption of best practices and new technologies.
- Facilitate executive-level decision-making by providing clear, data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Evaluate program outcomes against key performance indicators and strategic goals.
- Represent the program in executive meetings and stakeholder forums.
- Lead succession planning and comprehensive talent management.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Health Science, Architecture, Engineering, Business Management, or an equivalent field.
- 10+ years of experience in a Service organization within Healthcare, IT, or a related tech industry.
- Experience in building and scaling a remote service structure inside an organization (e.g., remote IT software installation and management). This is mandatory.
- Experience in running transformations at scale, preferably on a global level.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies and Lean or other Operational Excellence Methodologies.
- Experience in building partnerships with senior stakeholders and influencing alignment in a matrix organization.
- Experience in leading a team of direct reports.
