Shape financial strategy for key commercial segments as a Senior Financial Analyst in a fully remote position aligned with Eastern hours. You’ll serve as a critical finance partner to commercial leaders across North America, driving data-informed decisions for the Platform and Reagents businesses.
What You’ll Do
- Lead forecasting, reporting, and income statement analysis across the full commercial lifecycle for designated segments.
- Support monthly and quarterly financial closes, business reviews, and planning cycles in collaboration with USCAN commercial teams.
- Analyze product-level margin performance, evaluating the impact of pricing, volume, and product mix on profitability.
- Develop financial models to assess commercial initiatives, including pricing strategies and investment opportunities.
- Deliver independent, ad-hoc analysis to identify performance trends and recommend actionable improvements.
- Respond to strategic requests from senior finance and business leaders as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of corporate finance experience within a multinational, matrixed environment, or 5 years of relevant corporate experience.
- Proven ability to translate financial data into clear, strategic insights for non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Hyperion, or Business Objects.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
- Detail-oriented mindset with adaptability to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
Preferred Background
- Prior participation in a Financial Leadership Development Program.
- Demonstrated experience linking financial outcomes to operational and market factors.
- Comfort interacting with senior management and building productive working relationships.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $79,000 to $100,000, with eligibility for bonuses and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, paid time-off, parental benefits, compassionate care leave, and a 401k plan with company match.
