Guide construction clients through complex financial challenges as a Manager in Accounting Advisory, providing controller-level support and strategic counsel. You'll serve as the primary contact for client relationships, ensuring accurate financial reporting, analyzing work-in-progress schedules, and identifying opportunities to strengthen internal controls and streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the review of financial statements and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.
- Develop and interpret benchmarking metrics and performance indicators to deliver actionable client insights.
- Communicate findings and recommendations directly to client leadership teams as needed.
- Support the creation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections aligned with engagement objectives.
- Deliver technical accounting guidance on complex issues affecting construction firms.
- Lead discovery sessions to uncover inefficiencies and recommend practical, scalable improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience in public or industry roles.
- Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or team leadership capacity.
