Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule, maintaining alignment with client service agreements
- Review and reconcile pre-payroll reports to verify data integrity before final processing
- Investigate discrepancies in payroll records and resolve issues proactively
- Collaborate with implementation teams to support smooth transitions from project setup to ongoing operations
- Verify client-submitted payroll data to confirm completeness and readiness for configuration
- Maintain comprehensive payroll documentation to support audits and compliance checks
- Support testing phases when new requirements are introduced, including parallel payroll runs
What You Bring
- Proven experience in Italian payroll processing, with solid understanding of local labor laws, tax forms, and statutory reporting
- Familiarity with payroll systems, particularly Zucchetti, and strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Fluent in both Italian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to plan workloads independently and meet critical deadlines
