Shape Talent Strategy for a High-Impact Sales Team
As the Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will drive end-to-end recruitment for Clinical Specialists within the Joint Replacement division. Operating remotely, you’ll collaborate closely with sales leadership to understand hiring needs, align talent strategies with business goals, and deliver timely placements in a competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a continuous flow of requisitions, guiding each from sourcing through offer with precision and care
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, offering insights on market trends, compliance, and effective hiring practices
- Enhance the candidate journey by ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and professionalism at every stage
- Contribute to employer branding through active engagement on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook, or by supplying compelling content
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen data quality within the Applicant Tracking System
- Work cross-functionally with HR business partners and talent teams to maintain alignment and scalability
- Stay current on legal standards and employment regulations to ensure compliant, equitable hiring
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or six or more years of professional experience is required. Two or more years in a recruitment or HR-focused role are essential. Preferred backgrounds include full-cycle sales hiring, experience in clinical or medical device sectors, and prior work in fast-moving organizations with shifting priorities.
Work Environment
