About the Role

Allegheny Health Network (AHN) is hiring a Neuroradiologist for its Imaging Institute. You will provide the full spectrum of diagnostic neuroradiology services across the network, including Level 1 and Level 2 trauma centers, a Comprehensive Stroke Center, Primary Stroke Centers, and cancer centers. This role offers participation in multidisciplinary conferences, teaching opportunities for residents and medical students, and flexible part-time or full-time positions with onsite, hybrid, or remote work modes.

What You'll Do

  • Provide a full range of diagnostic neuroradiology services to AHN facilities, including Level 1 and Level 2 trauma centers, a Comprehensive Stroke Center, Primary Stroke Centers, and a variety of cancer centers.
  • Participate fully in a division supplying services to 14 hospitals and multiple imaging centers.
  • Actively participate in multidisciplinary conferences.
  • Engage in clinical and didactic teaching for residents and medical students.

What We're Looking For

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO).
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology.
  • Successful completion of fellowship training in Neuroradiology.
  • Certified or eligible for certification by the American Board of Radiology with a Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Neuroradiology.
  • Participation in Maintenance of Certification or eligibility for such.
  • Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania prior to employment.
  • Active participation in the training program through clinical and didactic teaching for residents and medical students is desired.

Technical Stack

  • State-of-the-art imaging technologies, including recently installed 3T MRIs, Photon-counting CT, and 24/7 MRIs at two hospitals.
  • RAPID products for acute stroke imaging.
  • Icometrix for imaging of dementia, epilepsy, and multiple sclerosis.
  • Functional MRI.

Team & Environment

You will join the Division of Neuroradiology within the AHN Imaging Institute.
