Ash & Harris Executive Search is hiring an Account Executive to serve as the primary liaison between healthcare providers and families seeking senior care solutions. In this performance-driven, remote role, you will generate referrals and execute territory growth strategies to improve lives during critical healthcare transitions.
What You'll Do
- Generate daily qualified referrals by cultivating relationships with hospitals and skilled nursing facilities.
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies to exceed monthly quotas.
- Conduct persuasive presentations to case managers and discharge planners.
- Educate families on optimal care options during critical transition periods.
- Partner with Senior Living Advisors to facilitate smooth care transitions.
- Pilot and optimize new sales initiatives and CRM enhancements.
- Maintain meticulous account records and activity tracking.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of field sales experience with documented quota achievement.
- Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and overcome objections.
- Hunter mentality with exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with 80% local travel within your assigned territory.
- Tech-savvy, proficient with MS Office, Google Suite, and Salesforce CRM.
- Outstanding time management and organizational abilities.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
