Ash & Harris Executive Search is hiring an Account Executive (Job TE-1020) to drive lead generation and build relationships with healthcare professionals, helping families transition to appropriate care solutions. This is a remote, quota-driven role requiring daily local travel.
What You'll Do
- Generate daily qualified patient referrals from assigned healthcare accounts.
- Develop and grow your book of business to increase referral volume in your territory.
- Conduct service presentations, cold calls, and networking to expand account relationships.
- Educate families on senior care options during critical transition periods.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet monthly move-in quotas.
- Test and provide feedback on new sales initiatives and CRM improvements.
- Maintain strong relationships with case managers, discharge planners, and physicians.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Self-motivated with strong competitive drive.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to travel locally within territory 5 days/week.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree.
- Healthcare or hospital sales experience.
- Experience presenting to clients and overcoming objections.
- Salesforce CRM experience.
