Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one assessments to understand each participant’s strengths, challenges, and goals
- Develop individualized action plans to support job readiness and career development
- Facilitate workshops on resume writing, interview techniques, and workplace expectations
- Collaborate with community partners to expand access to training and job placements
- Track progress and maintain accurate records of participant engagement and outcomes
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have experience in career counseling, social services, or education, along with strong communication and empathy. Familiarity with workforce development programs is beneficial. A commitment to equity, inclusion, and supporting diverse populations is essential.
