The SAP RTR FICO Finance Analyst plays a key role in managing and enhancing the SAP S4 HANA platform within the Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) landscape. This position ensures the system aligns with global financial operations by configuring and maintaining core modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, Banking, and Fixed Assets in a private cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, develop, and maintain SAP FI/CO functionalities while providing ongoing functional assistance to finance and shared services teams.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to convert business requirements into effective system configurations.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to evaluate integration points and refine or implement financial processes.
- Act as a liaison between finance stakeholders, shared services, and centers of excellence to optimize SAP usage.
- Review deliverables from internal staff and external consultants, promoting adherence to global standards and best practices.
- Investigate, propose, and implement new system capabilities and technologies to support evolving business needs.
- Partner with subject matter experts to validate system performance and ensure consistent, standardized operations.
- Support SAP upgrades, rollouts, and system enhancements as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in SAP FI/CO configuration and support roles.
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, hybrid environment.
