Workday is seeking Customer Service Advisors for multiple roles in our B2B finance and insurance call centers. You will be part of a dynamic client relations team, providing a unique and personalized experience to members and clients.
What You'll Do
- As an Online Business Advisor, provide financial advice and support, and sell or modify financial products for small and medium enterprise members and clients.
- As a Life & Health Insurance Advisor, advise clients and distribution partners on life, health, critical illness, disability, and accident insurance policies.
- Educate clients, help open claims, and provide support for Life & Health insurance products.
- As a Group Benefits Advisor, educate clients on their group policies, coverages, claims, and beneficiaries.
- Handle group policies including prescription drugs, vision, dental, extended health care, HSA, and travel insurance.
What We're Looking For
- A College Diploma in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- For the Online Business Advisor role, bilingualism (French and English) is a requirement.
