Responsibilities
- Evaluate purchase requests, modifications, payment submissions, and related billing documents tied to project activities
- Assist team members managing individual locations to define needs, forecast expenses, develop timelines, and oversee execution of assigned tasks
- Take part in property assessments during due diligence and support the creation of physical condition audit documentation
- Help manage the engagement and contracting of professional consultants and builders when needed per project
- Distribute periodic progress updates to relevant stakeholders on active work initiatives
- Secure agreement and formal authorization for structural changes, project strategies, and spending beyond approved limits
- Carry out additional duties as assigned to support daily operations of the team
