About the Role

The Clinical Specialist provides technical and educational support for pelvic health therapies, including surgical coverage, follow-up, and troubleshooting, while fostering relationships with healthcare providers and contributing to market development within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Provides surgical and implant support by supplying essential equipment, demonstrating technical expertise in device selection, programming, implantation, testing, and post-procedure follow-up.
  • Stays current on product knowledge for assigned therapies and remains informed about competitive offerings.
  • Identifies clinical and operational needs within existing and new accounts, delivering education to diverse care teams.
  • Conducts training sessions for physicians, hospital staff, and office personnel through one-on-one instruction, in-services, seminars, and external symposiums.
  • Supports district leadership and training teams in onboarding and educating new field personnel, including consultants and clinical engineers.
  • Provides post-case sales support, including documentation such as implant registration, temporary IDs, packing lists, and invoice processing in varied scenarios.
  • Submits product orders and replacement requests via customer service for pending purchase orders.
  • Maintains consistent and effective communication with internal team members, clients, and cross-functional colleagues.
  • Contributes to regional and national project milestones as required.
  • Understands and adheres to all applicable quality policies and systems.
  • Follows established procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and deliver high-quality service.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
