Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher company, is hiring a Delivery Consultant for our Performance Partnership team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for optimizing customer organizational performance by leading the implementation of cost savings projects directly linked to the customer's P&L. You will enhance business process alignment and efficiency through the application of Danaher Business System tools and methodologies.
What You'll Do
- Help customers re-engineer operations to build a continuous improvement strategy and implement hard cost savings identified by the Performance Partnership Assessment team.
- Understand the linkages between strategic objectives and process improvements, using analytical tools and consulting techniques.
- Lead and facilitate the customer through projects to achieve identified hard cost savings and lead additional projects not previously identified.
- Analyze LIS data to confirm customer volumes, test menus, and validate project implementation and cost savings results.
- Identify gaps in current project milestone deliverables and develop innovative methods to close gaps for timely results.
- Facilitate course corrections to hit milestones for cost savings sign-off by the customer.
- Collect, analyze, and present before-and-after data points to ensure cost savings goals are met and secure timely customer sign-off.
- Plan and complete assigned work with high quality, while mentoring in deliverable completion.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 9+ years of experience, OR a Master’s degree with 7+ years, OR a Doctoral degree with 4+ years of experience.
- A track record of demonstrated success in achieving customer sign-off on hard cost savings linked back to the P&L, along with continuous improvement consulting.
- Experience in Lab Operations, process improvement, or project management.
- Proven ability to lead the management and strategy of cost savings optimization projects for large, complex customers.
- Demonstrated ability to accurately assess key business metrics from a general manager’s perspective, with effective structured problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Required travel is 75%, mostly consisting of overnight travel.
Nice to Have
- Clinical Lab Operations and leadership experience within a healthcare system.
- Background in Commercial Operations, Finance and financial modeling, or Supply Chain Management/developing lean supply chains.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

You will be part of the Performance Partnership Delivery team and will report to the Senior Manager, Performance Partnership Delivery.
