CI&T is looking for a Squad Leader to lead a team in delivering high-quality digital solutions. In this role, you will be the primary point of accountability for your squad's execution, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring alignment with client objectives.

What You'll Do

Lead and motivate your squad to achieve sprint and project goals.
Facilitate team ceremonies and remove blockers to ensure smooth delivery.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and high performance.
Collaborate with other leaders and stakeholders to align squad work with broader initiatives.
Manage the squad's backlog and ensure work is well-defined and prioritized.
