Minutes 90 is hiring a Jitterbit Account Executive to drive new business for our leading Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS). You will generate new license subscriptions and professional services by managing complex sales cycles with midmarket to enterprise companies across all industries, consistently overachieving your assigned quota.
What You'll Do
- Manage a complex sales cycle from inception to close.
- Build and maintain a consistent, sustainable pipeline, balancing time on multiple opportunities at various stages.
- Focus on preparation, attention to detail, CRM updates, and forecast accuracy.
- Execute via a proven sales process (MEDDPIC).
- Work closely with Marketing/Demand Generation teams to promptly qualify leads.
- Team with the Pre-sales team to ensure targeted demonstrations resonate with prospects.
- Involve leadership in the execution of strategic or larger opportunities.
- Set Customer Success colleagues up for success by providing all necessary customer information post-close.
- Be responsive to prospects and understand the importance of quick follow-up.
- Listen to prospects to understand and explain how our product solves business problems.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in SaaS/B2B technology with a complex, executive sale.
- A track record of over-achievement against assigned quotas.
- Ability to communicate effectively across any level, including C-level.
- Experience with modern 'tech stack' solutions including salesforce.com.
- Ability to think and operate strategically and tactically without daily direction.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to think outside the box.
- Understanding of how to build a strong territory plan.
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced start-up environment.
- A bachelor's degree or similar, demonstrable life skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the integration/iPaaS /API Management space.
