Saputo is seeking a dedicated Janitor (3rd Shift) to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facility, performing essential cleaning tasks, and operating equipment while adhering to our safety and quality programs.

What You'll Do

Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the facility.
Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
Dispose of waste and perform waste segregation following recycling programs.
Maintain records of cleaning activities.
Operate cleaning equipment, including ride-on sweeper/scrubbers, walk-behind scrubbers, and pallet jacks.
Ensure proper use, storage, and supply of cleaning chemicals.
Complete daily Powered Industrial Truck Inspection, ensuring safe operation and reporting concerns.
Understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety, quality programs, and regulatory requirements.
Promptly report all potential quality, food safety, and workplace safety hazards to management.
Attend and participate in all required training, shift meetings, and committees.

What We're Looking For

Able to read and communicate effectively in English.
Can work an assigned schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Have basic math knowledge.
Have a demonstrated work history.
Able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.
Able to meet physical demands: stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb; lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to work in cold environments and around moving equipment.
Good visual acuity with ability to distinguish colors.
Able to operate material handling equipment.
Ability to work in a warehouse environment with noise, cold temperatures, standing/walking/bending/stooping/climbing stairs, and maneuvering around equipment.
Physical lifting of up to 50-lbs unassisted continuously throughout the shift.
Wear personal protective equipment and follow all established procedures.
Fine manipulation and hand dexterity, including ability to grip, squeeze, handle objects, and reach.
Must be able to work overtime on a daily and/or weekly basis.
