Mercier Consultancy is looking for an Italian IT/Customer Service Support specialist to deliver technical assistance and support to our Italian-speaking customers. This remote role, based in Greece, combines IT troubleshooting expertise with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building positive customer relationships.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding technical support and assistance to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Help customers troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
- Assist customers in understanding our products and services, providing comprehensive guidance and support.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Stay current with company product offerings, technology trends, and troubleshooting processes to provide knowledgeable support.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Proven experience in IT support or customer service.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focused on building positive customer relationships.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, software, and CRM applications.
- A proactive attitude with a keen interest in technology and customer service.
- Flexibility to work varied hours as required by business needs.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Preferably experience in a remote setting.
