Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Portuguese Speaking Remote Support Specialist to deliver exceptional remote support to Portuguese-speaking customers. You will help them navigate products and services, troubleshoot challenges, and build lasting customer relationships.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional remote support to Portuguese-speaking customers through multiple communication channels.
- Quickly troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and technical challenges with efficiency.
- Guide clients through product features and functionalities to ensure they receive maximum benefit.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for reference and quality assurance.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve support services and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your capabilities and stay current with product updates.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
