Voxidea is looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team. In this bilingual role, you will help law firms find the solutions they need. You’ll be responsible for conducting consultation calls, closing deals with warm leads, and building lasting client relationships—all while working fully remote with USD payments.
What You'll Do
- Conduct consultation calls with law firms to assess their needs and recommend the best solutions.
- Close deals with warm leads by understanding client requirements and offering customized services.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless onboarding experience.
- Track sales performance, manage client accounts, and optimize sales strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual in English (C1+) and Spanish, both spoken & written.
- 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or service-based industries.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Resilient and adaptable—thrives on overcoming objections and handling rejections with confidence.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Comfortable with CRMs and sales tools to track and optimize performance.
- Permanently resides in Latin America.
