Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Dutch Travel Consultant to provide exceptional travel planning and customer service to Dutch-speaking clients. This is a remote position where you will work from Greece.
What You'll Do
- Assist Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels to handle travel inquiries and bookings.
- Offer expert advice on travel packages, destinations, and accommodations tailored to client needs.
- Craft personalized travel itineraries.
- Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and effective resolutions.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about the latest travel trends and updates.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken).
- Ability to manage client issues with effective solutions and professionalism.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
- Enthusiastic about working remotely from Greece.
Nice to Have
- Experience in travel consulting, tourism, or customer service.
- Knowledge of English.
- Passion for travel and a broad understanding of global destinations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and competent in standard office software applications.
