In this account representative role, you will be responsible for generating borrower referrals through sales and customer service, working primarily with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers, and similar entities. What You'll Do
- Initiate, cultivate, and maintain relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers, and similar entities to generate borrower referrals.
- Pursue leads assigned by the company via phone and email communication.
- Collaborate with internal departments and management to support files processing through the pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent oral and written command of the English language.
- Comfort working with productivity monitoring systems.
- Submission of your professional resume in English.
