Zyte is looking for an Account Manager to join our global team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for executing account retention and growth strategies for our strategic accounts in the Americas market. Customer satisfaction, business retention, and portfolio growth are key drivers of success.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the lead point of contact for a defined portfolio of existing business accounts.
- Cultivate meaningful and long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Manage a set of 25-35 Enterprise Accounts in the Americas market, with individual account value between approximately $40k and $200k in annual revenues.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in an Account Management role.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and/or exceed sales quotas in revenue retention and account expansion.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and ability to work well under pressure in meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
- Strong deal closing and negotiation skills in Large Enterprise and Mid-market accounts.
- High level of analytical and organisational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience working in consultative selling within Professional Services and SaaS Products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercially savvy within a Tech Scaleup company, with a proven track-record of delivering/over-delivering against Sales quotas.
- Demonstrated experience using sales analytics and funnel management techniques to drive productivity, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.
- Proven track record of collaborating with Customer Success teams to grow and expand Enterprise accounts.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of data harvesting / web crawling.
