The IT-Techniker 2nd Level Support will provide advanced technical support, install and maintain IT systems, and manage server and network infrastructure for both internal operations and external clients. This role involves troubleshooting, system configuration, and project execution within a forward-thinking IT team. The position is based in Münster and starts immediately.
Responsibilities
- Installation of hardware and software in production and administration environments
- Monitoring, expanding, and documenting the entire server and network infrastructure (Windows-Server, Linux-Server, network, firewall, etc.) – both in-house and for customers
- Procurement, installation, configuration, commissioning, and maintenance of networked IT systems (including phone systems)
- Execution of IT support tasks based on submitted tickets and individual project assignments
- Independent planning and implementation of internal IT projects (including cross-departmental initiatives)
- Process simplification, optimization, and documentation
- Responsible for setup and administration of Active Directory and support of cloud systems
