Role Overview

The Senior Solutions Engineer serves as a technical partner within the sales organization, guiding customers and partners through complex infrastructure and security challenges. This role bridges business objectives with technical execution, ensuring F5 solutions are effectively positioned and implemented across the application lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced technical configurations and solution designs tailored to customer environments
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support change requests and special customer requirements
  • Articulate the technical and business value of F5 offerings through customized demonstrations and presentations
  • Maintain up-to-date expertise in F5 technologies, industry trends, and competitive solutions
  • Support channel partners with training, technical guidance, and sales enablement
  • Develop customer-facing materials such as proof-of-concept documentation, case studies, and technical content
  • Utilize Salesforce, EDGE, and other SE tools to manage account insights and engagement strategies
  • Work closely with sales and technical support to resolve issues and guide strategic opportunities
  • Advocate for ethical business practices and compliance with company policies

Qualifications

Applicants should have multiple years of experience in cloud infrastructure, application security, DevOps, or network engineering. A background in pre-sales systems engineering is essential, with proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, along with fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office.

Hands-on experience with F5 products or comparable technologies is expected. Strong presentation skills and the ability to lead technical discussions are critical.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role based in Turkey, combining remote work with in-person collaboration and customer engagement. Travel may be required. The position supports a flexible, self-driven approach while encouraging virtual meetings and remote coordination.
