Responsibilities
- Engage in international IT product and solution initiatives with a focus on automation technologies.
- Conduct local functional testing and validation for overseas IT systems before deployment to studios.
- Support the creation of localized test documentation, streamline user guides, and enhance deployment processes.
- Assist in data analysis tasks and studio integration projects, including building dashboards for project tracking.
- Help manage team knowledge resources, including wikis and self-service IT support databases.
- Coordinate internal team events to strengthen cross-departmental cooperation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervising manager.
