Tencent America LLC is hiring an IT Engineer Intern to join its Americas IT Center. In this role, you will work closely with the overseas IT team to learn enterprise IT best practices and contribute to improving IT products and user experience.
What You'll Do
- Participate in Tencent Overseas IT Product and Solution projects, with a focus on IT automation.
- Support local functional testing and validation of OIT products and solutions prior to studio adoption.
- Prepare local test reports, standardize user guides, and help improve deployment efficiency.
- Assist with in-demand data analysis and studio adoption projects by creating dashboards to support project management.
- Conduct team knowledge management, including wiki and IT self-service knowledge base construction.
- Organize team activities to improve collaboration with other departments.
What We're Looking For
- Current bachelor's or master's student in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or an equivalent field.
- Solid IT skills and a track record of good execution.
- Strong affinity for challenging technical subjects.
- Good communication skills, ability to work independently, and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Available for an internship lasting a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 12 months.
- Able to commit to working 5 days per week from our Palo Alto office.
Team & Environment
You will be a member of Tencent's Americas IT Center, working closely with the overseas IT team and reporting to a supervisor.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $27.00 to $57.70 per hour.
- Eligible for 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked.
- Up to 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
- Subject to terms and conditions, full-time interns are eligible to enroll in the Company-sponsored medical plan.

This is an onsite position located in Palo Alto, California.
