LEARN Corporation is hiring a Senior IT Support Engineer

About the Role

What You'll Do

Design and implement automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Google Apps Script to streamline repetitive tasks such as user provisioning and software deployment. Lead the evaluation and integration of modern IT tools to improve support workflows and service delivery.

Conduct trend analysis to identify root causes of recurring issues and apply innovative solutions to reduce long-term support volume. Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement planning and accurate inventory tracking to responsible disposal.

Ensure IT operations comply with organizational policies, security standards, and audit requirements. Maintain and continuously update technical documentation, including knowledge bases and standard operating procedures, to support consistency and knowledge sharing.

Administer user accounts and permissions through Active Directory and cloud identity platforms like Google Workspace, covering mailboxes, distribution lists, and SMTP configurations. Provide advanced support for Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu systems, along with specialized applications.

Oversee remote access infrastructure, including VPN, VDI, and RDP, and ensure reliable operation of online meeting platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, and Workplace. Manage OS rollouts, patch deployment, and IT transitions during office expansions or relocations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT support or operations
  • Basic scripting skills for automation tasks
  • Proficiency with Active Directory, Google Workspace, and fundamental networking
  • Advanced use of Google Sheets or Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables for reporting
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to branch offices in and around Bangkok and other provinces

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with senior-level experience or a background managing large-scale IT systems will receive additional consideration.
