What You'll Do
- Design, build, and manage core automation infrastructure, including an Automation Service Gateway to securely standardize service integration across IT operations.
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and develop automated solutions using proven software development practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to replace error-prone manual processes with reliable, compliance-aware systems.
- Deliver advanced technical support by diagnosing complex issues and coordinating with internal groups and third-party vendors when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of four years in a technical automation or systems engineering role.
- Hands-on experience writing and maintaining scripts in Python, Terraform, or Bash for infrastructure and operations tasks.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Okta (including APIs and workflow orchestration), and Google Workspace administration.
- Solid grasp of software development lifecycle principles, including version control via GitHub, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
