Delta Dental of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana is looking for an Internship - Professional Services to join our team. You will assist the department in enhancing provider directory accuracy and creating valuable reports.
What You'll Do
- Develop a long-term strategy to maintain directory accuracy
- Communicate with dental offices to verify provider data is properly updated
- Report to leadership outcomes of the review
What We're Looking For
- Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- Must be proficient in MS Office
- Must be detail oriented, analytical, and possess strong organizational skills
