Amgen Inc. is looking for a Marketing Manager, HCP Omnichannel Bone Health to drive the digital evolution for our bone health brands. In this role, you'll be responsible for CRM strategy, peer-to-peer engagements, field enablement, and digital campaign execution within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead strategy and execution of HCP CRM campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Build omnichannel pre- and post-event experiences for Peer-to-Peer (P2P) strategy.
- Develop and optimize field enablement tools like rep-triggered emails and Connect-a-Rep.
- Collaborate on modular content development to streamline asset reuse and accelerate execution.
- Partner with analytics teams to define business requirements, measure campaign performance, and derive optimization insights.
- Support Symphony omnichannel campaign operations, including project tracking, trafficking, and execution coordination.
- Manage updates to ProliaHCP.com, ensuring it reflects current strategy and meets provider needs.
- Lead MAC/MLR review of digital assets, balancing agility with rigor.
- Act as the HCP budget consolidator, maintaining a budget visualization tool to track expenditures.
What We're Looking For
- Doctorate degree
- OR Master’s degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
- OR Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
- OR Associate’s Degree and 8 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
- OR High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud), email, and HCP-facing digital tools
- Expertise in digital marketing execution in highly regulated industries
- Ability to distill data into actionable insights and clearly communicate them to stakeholders
- Strong project management and organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Experience with MAC/MLR review processes and budget tracking/visualization tools
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels
