Cleveland Clinic Health System is looking for a remote Systems Analyst II to support our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems. In this role, you will work standard hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm, providing critical support and contributing to projects that enhance our financial operations. What You'll Do
- Complete routine support tasks and designated project assignments.
- Provide input to develop effective technical and business solutions.
- Assist with project documentation, including operational objectives, task plans, and resource requirements.
- Develop process flow charts and report on project status.
- Support the development of information system requirements.
What We're Looking For
- An Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field AND three years of IT experience in applications development and support, end-user training, or an operational/financial role utilizing relevant systems.
- OR a high school diploma/GED and five years of the above experience.
- OR a bachelor’s degree and one year of the above experience.
- Completion of ITIL Foundations certification within 6 months of starting the role.
Nice to Have
- Microsoft, CompTIA, or an equivalent technical certification.
- Prior experience with healthcare applications such as Serner, GE, or similar systems.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates should be located in or near Cleveland and available to work the standard business hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm.
