Cleveland Clinic Health System is looking for a Systems Analyst IV - RCM to apply deep technical expertise to automated system products from design through evaluation. You will join our IT team, maintaining critical products and serving as a technical expert to help transform the patient experience globally.

What You'll Do

Maintain IT products, including planning, obtaining customer input, and understanding existing functionality and limitations.
Serve as the technical expert, providing guidance to other professional staff and resolving complex problems.
Participate in developing strategic plans for systems and applications development within your area of expertise.
Review system requirements with customers and translate them into specific functions or deliverables.
Analyze flow chart processes and recommend ways to reduce steps and increase efficiency through technology.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Sciences, Healthcare Admin or related field and six years of system implementation experience, including directing, planning, and scheduling a major information system project OR High School Diploma/GED and nine years of experience OR Associate’s Degree and seven years of experience.
ITIL Foundations Certification within six months of hire for Information Technology Division caregivers.
Strong analytical, administrative, presentation, and project management skills.
Understanding of networking and distributed computing environment concepts.
Excellent knowledge of messaging technology and project management skills.
Understanding of the principles of client/server configuration.
