MAN Truck & Bus Vertrieb Österreich GesmbH is looking for an Internship - Human Resources to join our team in Vienna. This is a 6-month opportunity to gain practical experience supporting our recruiting processes and daily HR operations.
What You'll Do
- Support the entire recruiting process, including maintaining our applicant tool, assisting in personnel acquisition, and creating job postings.
- Participate in daily operational business, handling tasks like travel expenses, maintaining the time management system, and supporting key figure reporting.
- Support and potentially independently take over or conceive HR projects.
What We're Looking For
- Currently studying social sciences or economics with a focus on human resource management.
- Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- An independent, reliable, and team-oriented way of working with a high level of commitment and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: EUR 1,625 per month as per collective agreement.
