The International People Business Partner will serve as the primary HR contact for the Russia and MENA regions, supporting approximately 70 employees. This role ensures adherence to local labor regulations and global HR policies, provides strategic HR guidance to leadership, and promotes organizational culture, employee engagement, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement local change and transformation efforts, maintaining transparent communication, employee involvement, and consistency with global strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and corporate HR policies, including oversight of payroll processing and administrative accuracy.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to regional leaders, delivering workforce data, talent insights, and tailored HR solutions that support business objectives.
- Promote and adapt the organization’s culture, engagement practices, and DE&I programs to fit local contexts, ensuring workforce readiness and inclusion.
- Support positive employee relations and foster a constructive work environment.
- Collaborate with Office Management on workplace and facility matters to maintain safe, compliant, and engaging workspaces.
- Guide the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance management, and disciplinary actions as needed.
