As a Territory Manager for sleep and respiratory health, you will lead sales efforts in the Atlanta region for an FDA-cleared CPAP therapy platform. This role is central to expanding market presence during the company’s early commercialization stage. You will engage with healthcare providers, build clinical relationships, and drive adoption of a medically validated solution for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy targeting key sleep clinics, pulmonologists, and home medical equipment providers
- Educate medical professionals on the clinical and operational benefits of the CPAP platform
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market feedback
- Collaborate with the commercial leadership team to refine go-to-market tactics
Qualifications
- Residency required in the Atlanta, GA area
- Proven experience in medical device sales, preferably in sleep, respiratory, or durable medical equipment (DME)
- Familiarity with OSA diagnostics and treatment pathways
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment
Compensation & Work Structure
Base salary range is $110,000 to $130,000, with uncapped bonus potential tied to sales performance. This is a remote role, though living in the Atlanta region is mandatory to support local outreach and field engagement. The position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and offers direct impact in shaping the company’s commercial trajectory.
