Role Overview
A new relationship-based mobile game is looking for a motivated social media creator to lead its TikTok and Reels presence. You’ll develop dynamic short-form videos and carousel content that connects with couples, using current trends and authentic storytelling. This is a remote, unpaid internship based in the US, offering direct collaboration with the founder and full creative latitude.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, write, and produce TikTok videos and static carousel posts that reflect the app’s tone and mission
- Stay ahead of platform trends by identifying relevant sounds, hashtags, and content formats
- Edit and publish content designed to maximize visibility and interaction
- Review performance metrics to guide future content decisions
- Test new strategies for expanding reach across TikTok and Instagram Reels
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience making content for TikTok or Reels—personal accounts welcome
- Familiarity with the rhythms of short-form video culture and what drives engagement
- Ability to explore and adapt to new content angles and storytelling methods
- Preference for rapid creation over polished perfection
- Comfort working with minimal oversight
- Commitment of at least 2 months full-time or 3 months part-time (20+ hours per week)

Compensation & Work Setup
