Moeve, formerly Cepsa, is looking for an International Commercial Manager to execute commercial actions and maintain distributor and export business in your assigned region. You will develop commercial policies to achieve quality and sales objectives, conduct necessary market studies, and contribute to our mission of caring for people and the planet.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and report on the reality of clients, sales networks, influence zones, and operational markets.
- Track and analyze competitor commercial and pricing policies within regulatory limits.
- Support the definition, development, and implementation of the channel's business plan.
- Plan and monitor the Sales Plan and commercial activity of assigned Distributors.
- Track the fulfillment of each assigned client's Monthly Sales Plan, supporting its achievement, reporting deviations, and maximizing sales and margins.
- Develop relationships with existing distributor clients through support and motivation visits, implementing commercial actions to increase activity, and managing their contracts.
- Propose and/or apply sales promotion campaigns with designs appropriate to your operating markets.
- Implement and monitor commercial policies and marketing tools available for the channel.
- Stay updated on the product portfolio and its applications across different activity segments to reinforce capturing new business from current clients.
- Coordinate with legal advisors on trademark registration and contract preparation.
- Coordinate and collaborate on resolving technical problems for both Distributors and their end clients (technical assistance).
- Advise clients on technical matters, coordinating with technical assistance, and schedule and coordinate training and technical support actions.
- Coordinate with CBS (risk and collections) on all payment and balance aspects, updating assigned credit limits to clients to maintain order flow and avoid blocks.
What We're Looking For
- University degree: Bachelor's in Economics, Business Administration, Technical Degree or Engineering, Marketing.
- Languages: Advanced English.
- Commercial experience: 1-2 years.
- Negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurship as a tool to expand sales.
- Openness to other cultures and international relations.
- Ability to convince and motivate.
- Knowledge of foreign trade.
- Knowledge and/or experience in the marketing area.
- Availability to travel, especially abroad.
Nice to Have
- French language skills are a plus.
