About the Role

Life360 is hiring an International Brand and Content Manager to elevate our brand globally. You'll join the international marketing team, serving as the crucial link to the global brand team. Your mission is to build an international brand perspective and create authentic, resonant content—primarily video—for diverse markets while developing localized social and influencer strategies in key non-English languages.

What You'll Do

  • Help make Life360 an iconic global brand by building a pipeline of non-US content for social and other channels.
  • Partner with the global brand team to expand reach, engagement, and subscribers across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, and Twitter.
  • Build and execute a non-English language social media strategy to define platform launches, timing, and scaling resources.
  • Partner with global and local teams to expand influencer marketing for increased engagement in key markets.
  • Architect and oversee bold, emotionally resonant content that transforms safety messaging into unique Life360 stories integrated into modern family life.
  • Support the global team with social presence during daily operations and high-stakes moments like product launches.
  • Deliver strategic social and influencer reporting with actionable insights from performance analytics and social listening.
  • Partner cross-functionally with channel and creative teams to develop social-first campaigns, establish brand best practices, and ensure seamless go-to-market integration.
  • Build a comprehensive content ecosystem that turns ordinary family stories into extraordinary demonstrations of connection, in multiple formats and languages.

What We're Looking For

  • Five or more years in social media management with proven success building and growing an Instagram or TikTok channel, including subscriber acquisition.
  • Experience working with global brands and building local relevance within a global framework.
  • Experience collaborating with influencers to create standout content that delivers real cut-through.
  • Strategic video creator and editor who develops innovative concepts from ideation to execution across TikTok and Instagram.
  • Strong command of brand voice and exceptional copywriting skills that maintain identity while adapting for markets and platforms.
  • Visual storyteller with expertise in creating breakthrough content through compelling imagery and video composition.
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on trending moments, balancing planned calendars with real-time opportunities.
  • Collaborative partner who integrates social-first thinking into broader marketing initiatives.
  • Data-driven strategist who combines creative vision with performance analytics to inform content decisions.
  • Bold, innovative thinker with a user-focused approach and curiosity about audience interaction.

Nice to Have

  • Language or multiple cultural experience, knowing how to bring a brand to life across different cultural frames.
  • Ideally know at least two of these markets well: UK, AU, CA, NL, DE, BR, MX, and have a network of agency partners or freelancers in other markets.

Team & Environment

You'll be part of the international marketing team, acting as the glue between international marketing and global brand teams.
