Life360 is looking for an Internal Experiences Manager to own the design and execution of our most important internal moments. You will transform company-wide offsites, leadership gatherings, and team-building activities into meaningful, high-energy experiences that reinforce our culture, values, and cross-functional connections.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Life360's recurring internal gathering formats.
- Elevate internal gatherings from logistical coordination to intentional cultural experiences with thoughtful programming, facilitation, and production.
- Support the planning and production of leadership offsites, planning sessions, and executive-level gatherings.
- Own relationships with venues, A/V, catering, production, and facilitation vendors, cultivating preferred partnerships.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve execution quality.
- Manage timelines, budgets, run-of-show documents, and on-site execution with a high standard for detail.
- Support internal community touchpoints that strengthen belonging and reinforce company values between major gatherings.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in event production, internal communications events, employee experience, or experiential marketing.
- Demonstrated passion for community-building and culture.
- Strong project management and operational skills.
- Excellent cross-functional communication; comfortable working with executives, HR/People teams, and department leads.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and multiple projects simultaneously.
- A creative eye for the details that turn a meeting into a moment.
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast timelines.
