Construction & Property Group – UK was looking for an Internal Admin Assistant (Client-facing)

RemoteVA PH is looking for an Internal Admin Assistant (Client-facing) to be the primary liaison for our clients while ensuring smooth internal operations. This role is central to building and maintaining strong client relationships in our professional, growth-oriented remote environment.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and providing support.
  • Coordinate client onboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Manage and update client records to ensure accurate and timely information sharing.
  • Assist in scheduling and organizing client meetings, follow-ups, and events.
  • Provide internal teams with insights and feedback from clients to enhance service delivery.
  • Help develop and implement efficient administrative processes to streamline client communications.
  • Support the team in administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) with a focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in handling client communications in a virtual environment.
  • Ability to analyze client feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Native English-like accent.
