Kraft Kennedy is hiring a part-time, paid Intern to work within our Support Practice Group. You will provide technology support as part of our Managed Services offering, working closely with co-workers and senior technical staff in a remote, collaborative, and highly active environment.
What You'll Do
- Learn about client environments and the various technologies used therein.
- Work on environments utilizing cloud and on-premise technology prevalent in the legal industry, including solutions from Microsoft, Mimecast, NetDocuments, and others.
- Work closely with infrastructure and networking equipment from vendors such as Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, and others.
- Handle tickets assigned or scheduled by the on-duty dispatcher.
- Learn about and incorporate our C.L.I.E.N.T. (Communicative, Listener, Initiative, Empathic, Nimble, and Tenacious) service principles into your ongoing work.
What We're Looking For
- You are a rising junior or senior in college.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You possess a strong interest in technology and are pursuing a related college major.
- You are very organized and detail oriented, with a high degree of accuracy and follow-up.
- You have strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
Nice to Have
- Some experience with Windows desktop or server operating systems.
- Some experience with networking hardware and basics.
